Structured Inquiry
You submit a project inquiry through our intake form, describing your organization, what you need, and your general timeline. This is not a commitment — it is the beginning of a conversation.
Our team reviews every inquiry internally. We assess fit, identify preliminary questions, and determine whether your needs align with our capabilities. If they do, we reach out to schedule a scoping conversation.
What to expect: A response within two business days confirming receipt and outlining next steps.
Scoping & Proposal
We schedule a detailed scoping conversation — by phone, video, or email, depending on your preference — to understand the full context of your project. We ask specific questions about your goals, constraints, existing assets, and decision-making process.
Following that conversation, we prepare a written proposal that includes a scope definition, timeline, milestone structure, and a clear cost framework. This proposal is a working document — we expect questions and revisions before anything is finalized.
What to expect: A formal proposal document within five business days of our scoping conversation. No obligations until you approve.
Agreement & Project Kickoff
Once the proposal is approved, we formalize the engagement with a straightforward agreement. This document confirms the scope, timeline, payment terms, and communication expectations. We keep our agreements clear and free of unnecessary complexity.
At kickoff, we establish your primary point of contact, set the communication cadence, and share any access or asset requirements. You will know exactly what happens next and when.
What to expect: A signed agreement and a kickoff summary within 48 hours of approval.
Execution & Progress Updates
We execute against the approved scope with defined milestones. You receive progress updates at each milestone — not just a final deliverable weeks later. If a scope question arises during execution, we surface it immediately rather than making assumptions.
Our internal process includes quality reviews before any milestone is shared with you. When you see work, it has already been through at least one internal review cycle.
What to expect: Milestone updates at agreed intervals. Questions surfaced proactively. No surprises at delivery.
Delivery & Review
Final deliverables are presented for your review with a structured walkthrough. We explain what was built, how it works, and how to use or maintain it going forward. Revisions within the agreed scope are handled promptly and without friction.
Once you confirm acceptance, we provide complete handoff documentation — access credentials, operational guides, and any supporting materials you need to operate independently. If ongoing support is part of the engagement, we transition into that phase with a defined schedule.
